My Role

As the Graphic & Digital Media Designer, I was tasked with redesigning Lukka’s website which was one of the most relevant marketing projects during my time in the company. I led the UI and Visual Design of the new site and worked with a UX Designer, and a web developer. This project lasted around 6 months and the site went live in September 2020.

During the design process, I audited the old site by reviewing and evaluating it from a user experience perspective to ensure it meets accessibility and user interface consistency. These were the areas that needed to be improved and fixed on the new website:

• Buttons had to be consistent across the site to avoid confusion for the user. 

• A better structure to display important information that explained Lukka’s services and products.

• The hierarchy across supporting brand elements needed to be more balanced.

• Contact forms with unnecessary input fields stopped users from requesting information about Lukka’s services.

The new architecture for the site was categorized based on Product, Customer, Company, and Truth Center.
